Phase 1

To be followed until 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved
(almost 0.5 to 2 kg per week)


* Drink 2 L of water or more, per day
* 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil or grape seed extract oil throughout the day
* 1/4 teaspoon of Ideal Salt with your meals

* NO FRUIT | NO BREAD | NO WINE/BEER


Breakfast

  • 1 Ideal Protein Food
  • (Optional) Coffee / Tea with 30 ml of skim milk, sweetner permitted
  • Vitamins and supplement

Lunch

  • 1 Ideal Protein Food
  • 2 cups of selected vegetables + Unlimited lettuce
  • Vitamins

Dinner

  • 225 gr of fish, seafood, beef, poultry, pork or veal
  • 2 cups of selected vegetables + Unlimited lettuce

Snack
